Friend of the Show Chris Capriccio returns to discuss movie remakes, Tim Burton, his love for Shannon Tweed and of course we chime in on the Michael Jackson events.
Back in the studio this week and the only actor I know that actually gets gigs, Mitch Baker, stops by for a chat about his career and the recent discussion about a Progressive Insurance commercial he appeared in this year.
Gay or Not Gay: You make the call! (not that there's anything wrong with that!)
Show Notes: a new mic & headphones have been aquired to help with problems like me sounding like I'm in a cave and making sure the intro/outro music levels aren't louder than our actual voices...sorry bout all that! ALSO..be sure to send in your Command Center pictures!
Well I promised a podcast tonight...well last night...and the guest wasn't going to be able to make it, and the last minute guests couldn't rock on short notice. So I decided to challenge myself and go solo. After a trip to Arby's today and then listening to Your Proper Dose and hearing John rant against Arby's, I was inspired to give my two cents. I also let my feelings be known about the Twilight movies and other features coming out later this year and a few more topics. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go get my hammer and find a hobo...ugh.. ok fine..no hobos.
Don't forget to "Digg" this podcast...also, send in your "Command Center" pictures and we'll post them on the site!
What happens when another round of Skype testing takes place with two long time friends? A 3-way podcast happens! That's right, a mid-week show featuring Daryn & Wes. We take Wes back in time, discuss new music and the lucky streak that has been Wes. The beers are flowin and Cory is caught in the middle...is it a good time? Heck Yes it is!
This week Wes & Daryn were brought to you by Bud Light!
This week Gary helps get the Skype interviews underway and enlightens me about the music of Queen, Timberlake and to promote his new show "Kings and Champions". I also go over a couple of listener emails and try to find out some info on who you people actually are!
ALSO as of today the show has been accepted to iTunes, so search for it there and subscribe if you are so inclined.
And one more thing...Gary told me about this kid in the podcast and I'm not even going to embed his video...if you listened and you're interested...here's his link, you've been warned: http://www.youtube.com/user/GuruTewl
Heck Yes! Episode 2 is in the books...in the web..whatever. It's ready and wonderful. This week an old friend Chris Cap stops by to discuss a favorite movie "Boogie Nights". We also enter the Van Halen/Van Hagar debate...some game reviews and other life adventures. Check it out!
edit: in this week's show I mention the awesomeness of this Tina Turner clip of her performing "We Don't Need Another Hero", stick around for the sax solo
